I'm a Data Manager based in Finland, with a background in finance, accounting and software development and a strong interest in how organisations can make better use of their data.
My work focuses on data governance, data quality, data management, and analysis. I enjoy bringing structure to complex information, improving processes, and making data more reliable and useful for the people who depend on it.
Having worked in both technical and business environments, I understand that managing data is not just about systems and technology. It's also about understanding business needs, working with people, and finding practical solutions to real challenges.

Good data starts with asking the right questions.
I believe the best solutions come from understanding the problem first, not jumping straight into technology.
My approach is simple: understand the challenge, get the fundamentals right, and focus on what actually makes a difference.
I like digging into complex data, finding where things don't quite add up, and figuring out how to make them better. Sometimes that means improving data quality, sometimes it's simplifying a process, and sometimes it's just asking the right questions before moving forward.
I believe reliable data is the foundation of good decisions. That's why I pay attention to the details, from how information is collected and structured to how it's managed and used across an organisation.
But I also believe in keeping things practical. Not every problem needs a complicated solution, a new tool, or another dashboard. Sometimes the biggest improvements come from making existing processes work better.
For me, good data management is about finding the right balance between technology, people, and business needs. And that's what I aim to bring to every project.
